While your paid subscription is active, Larpbase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download clips from the vault and to edit, combine, and incorporate them into videos you publish on social media platforms, subject to your plan's limits, these terms, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Edit clips, combine them with your own footage and text, publish the resulting videos on social platforms (including monetized accounts), and — on plans with a commercial license — use them in content produced for clients.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share raw clips or your account access; claim ownership or register any clip as your own; use clips outside the Acceptable Use Policy; or use clips to train machine-learning models.
Clips may incidentally depict third-party trademarks, logos, vehicles, or property in an editorial manner. No affiliation with or endorsement by any depicted brand is stated or implied. You are solely responsible for obtaining any clearances required for your specific use — in particular for paid advertising.
Vault clips and exported videos are supplied without music unless a sound is explicitly marked as licensed. Trend sound listings are references to audio hosted by third-party platforms; attaching audio to your published content happens on those platforms under their licenses. You are solely responsible for the audio you attach to your content.
You keep ownership of footage you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. You warrant that you own or have cleared all rights in anything you upload.
The right to download and create new content ends when your subscription ends or is terminated. Videos you lawfully published while subscribed may remain published. Licenses obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, or AUP violations are void from the start.
Content is provided "as is." Larpbase disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and is not liable for how you use the content.
