By creating an account or using larpbase.gg ("Larpbase", "we"), you agree to these Terms, the Content License, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 18.
You sign in with a code sent to your email; keep access to that inbox secure — actions taken from your account are yours. Provide accurate information and one account per person.
Plans bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time from the billing portal — access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Render credits refresh each billing cycle and don't roll over. We may change pricing with notice effective from your next cycle.
The service, including content libraries, sound listings, and editing tools, is provided "as is" and "as available" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that any content will remain available, or any outcome from content you publish (views, revenue, or otherwise).
The platform and vault content are owned by Larpbase or its licensors; your use of vault content is governed by the Content License. You keep ownership of footage you upload and videos you export.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, publish, caption, and monetize, and for complying with applicable law and the terms of each platform you post to. You will indemnify Larpbase against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or the AUP.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larpbase is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or lost profits; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the AUP, without notice or refund. You may close your account at any time.
Rights holders can send takedown notices to support@larpbase.gg. We respond promptly and terminate repeat infringers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use is acceptance. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand.
