Your email address (for sign-in codes and receipts), optional display name, subscription status, and service usage records (downloads, exports, credits). Footage you upload is stored privately for your account only. Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in, and we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type) — this sets Google cookies. We run no advertising trackers and don't use analytics data to identify you.
Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), DigitalOcean (hosting), and Google Analytics (usage measurement). Sound previews are streamed from Deezer's public API when you use the editor. Each processes data under its own terms; we share only what each needs to function.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Email support@larpbase.gg to access, correct, export, or delete your data — deletion requests are honored within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or enforcement reasons.
We process data to perform our contract with you and for legitimate interests in running and securing the service. We disclose data only when legally required (e.g., to authorities under a lawful request) or to enforce our terms.
Material changes to this policy will be announced in-app or by email.
